On Thursday 2nd October, Sandhill students came together for a very special Harvest Festival assembly. The children put on a wonderful showcase of themed performances, including songs, poems, interesting facts and even a quiz to test everyone’s knowledge. Each performance reflected the importance of the season and the values of thankfulness, community, and sharing.
In the true spirit of Harvest, the whole school also collected food donations for Rawmarsh Food Bank. Families generously contributed a wide range of items, helping to support local people in need.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the assembly and to those who donated!
