What a fabulous first week back we had in FS1. This term we are celebrating all things summer including the seaside and under the sea.
We began the week with a very special visitor, Rosie Hood – a local folk artist who came into school to introduce the children to seaside shanties. We explored different instruments, created our very own shanty and made an under the sea sound scape!
We have also made a start on our summer glue station where all our summer treasures are being collected together to create an ever changing piece of art!
And finally Pops visited and we used magic to make our very own rainbow fish inspired by the story Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister.
I think we need a rest and it’s only the first week!
Well done FS1!
