This week in Science, Y6 have been learning about how the heart pumps blood around the body. The children have created some fantastic diagrams to demonstrate how blood travels around the body, as well as exploring how and why it becomes oxygenated and deoxygenated as it moves between the heart, lungs and the rest of the body.
