On Friday 16th May, Y6 took part in the annual Rotherham School Games Colour Run at Rawmarsh Community School – and what an incredible day it was!
The event was held in support of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice which is a fantastic local charity that supports children with life-shortening illnesses and their families. Sandhill students proudly joined schools from across WPT in this fundraiser, celebrating community, creativity, and togetherness.
Y6 had a brilliant time racing through clouds of vibrant colour, taking part in a well-earned moment of celebration after completing their SATs. With big smiles, and fantastic team spirit, they completed as many laps as they could during their time slot.
A huge well done to all of the Sandhill runners – you represented the school brilliantly and made us very proud!
