Key Stage 1 Results

The information in this table presents the Teacher Assessments at the end of Key Stage 1. At Key Stage 1, children complete SATs tests in Reading and Maths. The results of these tests are then used to support the teacher in making a judgement about the attainment of each child. In 2017, each subject was moderated by the Local Authority.

All children in Year 1 complete a phonics screening activity. This year, 74% of our Year 1 children passed the phonics screening. Phonics work is taught to all children in Key Stage 1 and into Key Stage 2 as appropriate.
